This Restricted Jurisdictions Policy explains where the services of Sponsio Trading Ltd (“Sponsio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are not available due to legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Our platform is intended only for users in jurisdictions where access is lawful.

2. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Our services are not offered to individuals or entities located in, resident in, or citizens of jurisdictions where trading access is restricted by law.

These jurisdictions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Countries subject to international sanctions

  • High-risk jurisdictions under AML frameworks

  • Regions with financial prohibitions

  • Countries where leveraged trading is restricted

A current list of restricted jurisdictions is maintained internally and may change without notice.

3. Sanctions Compliance

Sponsio complies with international sanctions frameworks.

We do not provide services to individuals or entities:

  • Listed on sanctions databases

  • Associated with sanctioned regions

  • Connected to prohibited activities

Accounts may be closed if sanctions exposure is identified.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • They are legally permitted to trade

  • Their jurisdiction allows platform access

  • Their activity complies with local law

Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

5. IP and Location Controls

We may use technical measures including IP monitoring and geolocation controls to restrict access.

Circumventing geographic restrictions is prohibited.

6. Account Closure

If a user is later determined to be located in a restricted jurisdiction, Sponsio may:

  • Suspend the account

  • Close open positions

  • Return available funds

  • Terminate access immediately

Without prior notice.
